Originally from Puerto Rico, Jorge has lived in the U.S. since 1998. With a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in business administration, he worked in sales and marketing for several major corporations and was a college professor before he became a real estate professional in 2016. His teaching and training experience, as well as fluency in English and Spanish, enhance his ability to keep clients informed and confident in any real estate deal. In return, his clients trust his work ethic, professionalism, and commitment.

Jorge’s approach to business and integrity is simple: He follows the golden rule. It’s a philosophy firmly founded on empathy and a genuine desire to provide for his clients. Nothing satisfies him more than seeing clients cry tears of joy after closing on their very first house or hearing words of gratitude from experienced clients after an effortless transaction. And when a real estate need arises, it’s not uncommon for past clients to reach out to Jorge for their family members — after all, for some, Jorge becomes like family himself. His clientele includes first-time buyers, move-up and move-on sellers, and investors. When they are served well, he doesn’t need to ask for recommendations — and so far, referrals are about 95% of his business.

In their spare time, Jorge and his wife enjoy traveling, road trips, and hiking, with the Great Smoky Mountains as one of their favorite destinations.
